As AI technologies scaled globally, the client recognized a critical gap: they lacked the internal research capacity to understand how generative AI could unintentionally harm diverse communities. Without robust, multilingual, and culturally aware analysis, they risked releasing products that didn’t meet ethical, safety, or global policy standards.

The client needed deep, interdisciplinary research to surface social risks in AI systems particularly in underrepresented regions and languages and to translate those insights into responsible product development and policy safeguards.

We provided specialty research into the client’s AI research division to accelerate global risk analysis and guide responsible innovation. This included:

• Red-teaming generative AI systems in multiple languages, stress-testing outputs to surface potential harms across cultural, political, and linguistic contexts using NLP and data analysis tools like Python, spaCy, and Hugging
